The People's Committee of Tuy An District issued Decision No. 06/2021/QD-UBND on December 31, 2021, regarding the promulgation of regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Department of Education and Training of Tuy An District.
The Department of Education and Training is a specialized agency under the People's Committee of the district, responsible for advising the district’s People's Committee on performing state management functions in education and training (ED&T) within the district; overseeing public services within the department’s management scope as regulated by law, and carrying out certain tasks and powers assigned or delegated by the district’s People's Committee, as well as following the direction, guidance, and professional supervision from the Department of Education and Training. The department is responsible for monitoring and managing the teaching activities at the preschool, primary, and secondary levels, as well as the combined levels of primary and secondary education. It also coordinates with the Department of Home Affairs to manage and organize the apparatus, personnel, civil servants, public employees, and finances, as well as assets assigned according to legal regulations and the delegation of the district's People's Committee.
